Our signature tutu!

There are  nine layers of the softest tulle, with the top layer edged in satin ribbon, all attached to the lycra body upside down , like real tutus , so that they create a pom pom effect .

There are even magical little fairy wings attached to the back.

Fully machine washable.

6-12mths:    Chest:  40cm Length: 36cm
