3. Booking and Payment

Starz Ballet bookings, payments, and subscriptions are managed through our secure booking partner, Class4Kids, and are subject to the Class4Kids Terms of Service.

Key points for customers booking via our linked platform:

a) Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts major debit and credit cards. You will receive a payment receipt and email confirmation once a booking is completed.

b) Trial Classes

Trial classes must be paid for in advance. A trial booking allows you to experience our classes before committing to full membership and does not automatically confirm your subscription.

c) Monthly Membership

Subscriptions are billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

Membership operates on a rolling 12-month basis, with fees averaged across the year to allow for equal monthly payments (including during school holidays).

A £25 annual membership fee per dancer is collected in September to cover licensing, insurance and administrative costs. This fee is non-refundable.

For new members joining mid-month, the first payment may include a pro-rata adjustment for any classes already attended.

d) Discounts

A £2.50 discount is automatically applied to each additional class or sibling subscription under the same parent account.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected] with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.

After notice is given, one final payment will be processed during the next billing cycle, in accordance with our 4-week notice policy.

Refunds are not provided for missed classes. However, where possible, we may offer a make-up session at an alternative venue.

Exceptional Circumstances:

If a class must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, school strike, venue closure), we will offer either a class credit or the opportunity to attend an alternative session.

If Starz Ballet cannot provide a class or event and no suitable alternative is available, a refund will be issued to the original payment card.

5. Class Changes

We may occasionally need to make adjustments to class times, teachers, or venues.
Where changes occur, we will always provide as much notice as possible and offer suitable alternatives when available.

6. Security and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We have strong physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to protect your personal data.

7. Liability

While we take great care to ensure all information provided on this website is accurate and up-to-date, Starz Ballet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

We do not guarantee that our site will be free from errors, viruses or interruptions.
